Press-work is carried out by means of top-quality machines guaranteeing high production standards:

• 2 Fly presses,
• 3 Presses with "drilling" device,
• 6 Presses with "stationary plate",
• 2 Presses with "movable die".

13 presses in total, 9 of wich are automated.

Our diversified potentialities allow hot-pressing parts with individual weigth between 50 gr. and 10 Kg.

A continual adjusting and renewing of our production facilities is one of RAD's distingiushing characteristic.

We are able to supply whole parts from transfer processing as well as machining centres.

Parts are forged with first-quality brass, as well as converted with material supplied by customer.

Repeated controls and tests during as well as after the production cycle are a guarantee of RAD's quality.
